Sunny bolt clipping at Moy, nice.

Deziree showing fine foot work.

Just back in from a fine day in the sun with Deziree up at Moy. We drove through a few showers on the way up from Aviemore but Costa del Moy shone through and the climbing was excellent. We ticked off some of the new routes over on the right hand side of the crag and a couple of the more established routes. Felt good leaving the crag having ticked 2 x 6a+, 6b+ and 2x 6c+, this is a great venue for packing in lots of routes.

Fine sunny weather in mid October, happy with that.

Blue skies, sunshine and a road side bolted crag. Deziree, on the crux of a 6c+

Friday saw the final day of the Advanced Swift Water Rescue course with A.S. Training. We changed venue from Grandtully to the Hermitage near Dunkeld, this gave us a new river and a new challenge for the fire crew. We handed over the reins to the crew and set up and search and rescue exercise to test there skills learnt during the week of training.

Team rescue arrive.

Fire crew put the final touches to a boat on a high line rescue.

Some advanced swimming to finish off a busy four days.
